[lfs-support] LFS 8.1 rc1: section 6.67: libpipeline

This is configured with
PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/tools/lib/pkgconfig ./configure --prefix=/usr, which looks to me like an error.

The explanation given is:
Use pkg-config to obtain the location of the test library metadata built in Section 6.57, “Check-0.12.0”.

But since check is now built in the same chapter, its library is in /usr/lib and its pkg-config file is in /usr/lib/pkgconfig.

You may be right, but it still works. Have you tried it without the
PKG_CONFIG_PATH while building lfs?
