Just thought I would let people know in case someone else runs into this
issue:

Tried to do the BLFS section for ISO Codes-3.77and the URL no longer works.

The path
https://pkg-isocodes.alioth.debian.org/downloads/iso-codes-3.77.tar.xz
gives a 404 error

I poked around at pkg-isocodes.alioth.debian.org and couldn't find any
alternate download links.

Instead I went to
https://salsa.debian.org/iso-codes-team/iso-codes/tree/iso-codes-3.77
and did a download.

That's not as convenient as the path in the docs, but someone with more
experience can probably figure out the better URL.

It's also possible that this is a temporary glitch, but it didn't look
like there were problems with the rest of the alioth.debian.org site.
